Return & Refund Policy

At LowkeyVault, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, we're here to help.

Returns You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at vaultlowkey@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items Certain items cannot be returned, including items marked as final sale or items that have been used or damaged after delivery.

EU Consumer Rights If you are based in the EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
